What are your opening hours?
Please see our opening hours below on the Contact Us Page. We man the showroom at the hours shown but it is advisable to make an appointment before you visit the showroom to give you our best attention.
As a family business, on the odd occasion it is possible that the showroom is closed due to family commitments but we endeavour to return your calls as soon as we are back in office.
We have reduced hours and some shutdown weeks over the summer and other school holiday periods.
Do you offer supply only of any kitchen, bathroom or bedroom materials?
Yes. If you visit our showroom and see any products that you would wish to purchase, we are more than happy to give you a price for sale only items. If you have already had a design visit you will have received an estimate of products and labour costs, which are identified separately.
We supply kitchen cabinets, free standing and fitted bathroom furniture, sanitary-ware, worktops, sinks, taps, handles, lighting, mirrors, toilet roll holders and other accessories etc.
What is the guarantee on the kitchen cabinets you supply?
Guarantees will vary with different manufacturers. Please ask in store for details.
Do you sell kitchen appliances?
Yes. As a small showroom we only display the products we believe offer good quality and longevity. We do display a number of NEFF appliances including the Hide and Slide Single Oven, Double Oven and Combi Microwave Oven, 2 NEFF Flex Induction Hobbs and an Integrated Dishwasher. We can also provide a range of other appliances such as SMEG, Samsung, Hotpoint and other lesser known brands but these can only be viewed via brochures.
The lead time for delivery of these items to our store would be a matter of days and a small delivery charge to the local area would apply dependent on the size of the order.
What worktops can you supply?
We can supply and fit Laminate worktops and we can recommend a fabricating company for solid surfaces. We show samples of Caeserstone, Silestone, Granite, and CRL Stone worktop colours in our showroom.
Do you supply and fit Boilers, Radiators and Central Heating?
No. We do not provide Central Heating services, although we do supply and fit heated towel rails as part of our kitchen and bathrooms jobs. We do have tradesmen that we work closely with, that we could recommend if you require boiler or cylinder work.
Can I buy my tiles and flooring from Airey and Guy and fit myself?
Yes. We display a variety of flooring and tiles, including ceramic and porcelain tiles, limestone flooring, Karndean Looselay and Palio Click (Wood and Stone effect vinyl flooring). The Karndean and tiles are available to purchase separately
My sink needs replacing, can you help?
Yes. If you know what type and size of sink you need and already have someone in mind to fit it, please pick up some brochures from our showroom and make your selection and we will be more than happy to order the sink of your choice. You can pay your invoice and await delivery. It should take a matter of days for the sink to arrive in our store and delivery of your sink will be free of charge to the Warminster area. A delivery charge will apply to all other areas.
If you are unsure of the sink you need, we can organise a free home survey by our design team who will measure up and help and advise you on your sink options. We will invoice you for the sink and await delivery if you already have a plumber you wish to use, or you can request us to fit your sink.
We will schedule you in on our fitting board and arrange an installation date. As a small firm, please be aware we can be booked up 3-4 months in advance so we will let you know an approximate date at the time of placing the order.
Do you sell cleaning products for tiled surfaces and Karndean flooring?
Yes. We can sell a variety of professional cleaning products for regular cleansing or deep cleaning. Please contact the showroom for more details.
Why does the water take a long tie to drain from my bath/basin?
We fit wastes all the time, and more often than not, wastes can get blocked/clogged from a build-up of hair, debris and general limescale which leads to a reduction in flow of water down the drain. The product “Mr Muscle drain unblocker” will not help to remove and unclog hair so the best solution to this, is to gently unscrew your clicker wastes periodically and remove any hair and residue, and use a limescale removal product available from your local supermarket. Vinegar is also a more natural product suitable for this use.
We are happy to come out to inspect your waste free of charge if there is a manufacturers fault within the first year of guarantee. If it is purely a blocked waste please be advised a call out will incur a charge as we do not offer cleaning services.
Can I do anything about the bathroom mould on my ceiling?
Yes. We supply a high gloss white plastic ceiling which are available in packs of various lengths. Each pack covers 1 metre in width. This can be supplied as part of your job or is easy enough to fit yourself with some fitting instructions.
